How do I place an order?

VISIVO offers worldwide shipping. Before you can order directly through our online shop, you first need to register. To ensure trouble-free shipping, please enter the exact billing and, if necessary, any differing shipping address; always enter a valid email address and, in addition, a telephone number through which you can be reached by the deliverer during the day.

If you are a European company with a valid VAT Number, we are able to deliver to you without charging VAT (pursuant to Section 6a of the German Turnover Tax Act). The same procedure applies to countries which are not Member States of the European Union, such as Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

Once you have registered, your account will be approved within a few minutes and you will receive a corresponding confirmation via email. Then you can log in and place the items you would like into the shopping cart. While your order is completed, the shipping rates which apply to the place of destination are displayed.

Currently, we offer credit transfer/remittance, PayPal or Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard) as possible payment options.

Once we have received payment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to confirm the shipment. Please note that the local deliverer usually changes the tracking number for shipments to European countries once the shipment crosses the German border. Therefore, we won't be able to inform you about this number and the local deliverer's direct contact details before the shipment has reached the destination country. This is why we are not able to state the exact delivery date when the goods are dispatched - thank you for your understanding. In general, the delivery times within Europe range between 2 and 4 days.

All shipments are insured. However, this means that you must inspect the items for any damage in the presence of the deliverer immediately upon delivery. In the event that any damage is found, you must not accept the item and you also must not sign the receipt of goods. Refuse to accept any damaged items when they are delivered so that they will be covered by the insurance and you will receive a free-of-charge replacement delivery.
