Product information "Electric Cassette Awning COFRE 600"
The COFRE 600 (and COFRE 600 VOLANTE) electric awning from Motorline is the largest cassette awning for wall and ceiling mounting in the Portuguese manufacturer's range, with a projection of up to 4 meters. The awning housing with integrated LED lighting is correspondingly robust yet compact, measuring 265 x 295 mm (H x D).
The two (up to 650 cm wide) or three folding arms (651-700 cm awning width) are particularly torsion-resistant and equipped with double steel cables, thus meeting all the requirements of wind resistance classes 3 (up to 700 x 350 cm) and 2 (up to 700 x 400 cm) according to DIN 13561. Despite this robustness, the use of a weather sensor is recommended, especially for awnings with large widths and projections, to protect people and materials. This sensor reliably monitors automatic retraction in rain, snow, or strong winds, or opening in sunlight.
The adjustable tilt angle of this awning model is 5 to 20 degrees. Optional mounting brackets are required for ceiling installation, please refer to the instructions in the configurator for details. The awning is largely identical to the EH6400 from Exclusiv-Home, original or compatible spare parts and replacement fabrics for the awning are still available. The wind class assignment corresponding to the awning dimensions can be found in the table below.

The former awning supplier Exclusiv-Home marketed Motorline awnings under the names EH6100, EH6400 and EH7100 more than 15 years ago, and a video from that time still exists showing the replacement of the awning motor.
Since these model series (EH6100 corresponds to COFRE 260, EH6400 corresponds to COFRE 600 and EH7100 corresponds to COFRE 260 VOLANTE) are still offered by the manufacturer Motorline today, the video is still current.
Many years ago, Exclusiv-Home, in collaboration with Motorline, produced a video demonstrating the step-by-step replacement of the folding arms on an EH6100 awning. Since this awning model continues to be manufactured by Motorline under the label COFRE 260, the replacement arms currently offered remain compatible (for the EH6100 and EH6400 models, only the folding arm mounts are additionally required), and the video remains relevant.
To ensure the proper functioning of the awning, the folding arms are available only in pairs via the following links: EH6100/COFRE260, EH7100/COFRE260 VOLANTE, EH6400/COFRE600.
Motorline has published a video about replacing an awning fabric. Since the Portuguese manufacturer also produced the EH6100, EH6400, and EH7100 awning models, the procedure described in the video also applies to awnings from Exclusiv-Home, with the exception of the model Luxury with integrated lighting in the folding arms, which was an import from the Far East.

Accessory Items
Motorline's SMART WIWEATHER radio-controlled and programmable weather sensor for automatic control of awnings and pergolas in sunshine, rain, snow, or wind. The radio sensor (no wired connection to the monitoring devices required) can communicate with one or more awnings simultaneously and does not require a permanent wired connection. This allows the sensor to be placed in a location exposed to the elements, ensuring optimal safety for the awning. Compatible with all awnings and sun protection solutions from Motorline and the EH series from Exclusiv-Home with the control units MC7, MC8, MC65, and MC65IP and their predecessors. Of course, if you purchase an awning at the same time, the sensor will be set up ready for use, so no further programming is necessary. It is important that the awning and wind sensor are activated at the same time, otherwise the awning will automatically close again a few seconds after opening for safety reasons.
