Product information "Pull Rope Winter Garden Awning EH8100/EH8200"
Extremely abrasion-resistant conservatory pull rope with braided cover including intermediate cover and special core made of coated Dyneema® sold by the meter for the winter garden awning VARANDA from Motorline or EH8100 and EH8200 from Exclusiv-Home.
This pull cable is located on the left and right in the guide rails of the awning and is brought together inside the front panel using a pulley system. To exchange and to determine the required length, the side panels and the front panel of the awning must be opened.

Zugseil
Das Ersatzseil kam pünktlich innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit an. Die Ware war gut verpackt und scheint von guter Qualität zu sein. Letztendlich funktioniert die Wintergartenbeschattung wieder wie sie soll.

Und es läuft wieder
Nachdem an meiner Exclusive Home Wintergartenmarkise ein Zugseil gerissen ist,musste Ersatz her. Ware ist 1A und dank des Videos sehr einfach zu montieren. TOP.Zugseil bitte 2m länger (als die angegebene Formel) bestellen. Hier hab ich nach der Formel +0,5m Zugabe bestellt. Das passte aber um 2m nicht. Also einfach etwas mehr bestellen. Hier muss ich aber ein großes Kompliment an das Serviceteam aussprechen.Ersatzlieferung kam innerhalb 1Tag bei mir an. Mehr Service geht nicht. Nun muss das Zugseil nur wieder 14Jahre halten und ich bin mehr als zufrieden ?

Motorline has published a video about replacing an awning fabric. Since the Portuguese manufacturer also produced the EH6100, EH6400, and EH7100 awning models, the procedure described in the video also applies to awnings from Exclusiv-Home, with the exception of the model Luxury with integrated lighting in the folding arms, which was an import from the Far East.
Individually handcrafted replacement fabrics and valances, made in a German master workshop, are available via the following link.
Below, you will find a simple video in which we look over the shoulder of a Motorline technician as he installs the pull cable in Portugal. Furthermore, a detailed, illustrated guide on the pull cable routing is available for download.
In addition to the pull cable, replacement motors, guide pulleys, and cable guides are also available. When replacing the motor, please note that the side cap with the motor mount is also required, as the successor motor model TUB90M8MT no longer fits into the previously installed motor mount.

The double pulley TVAR23 is used to guide the pull cord in the Exclusiv-Home EH8100, EH8200, and EH8300 conservatory awnings, as well as the structurally identical VARANDA model from Motorline, and is located in the center of the awning's front profile.The matching 3 mm pull cord TVAR18 is available in individual lengths.
