With its rotatable cassette, the electric cassette awning COFRE 136 is a quick-change artist when it comes to flexible installation and the angle of inclination. Without additional accessories, the awning can be attached to both the wall and the ceiling. The full cassette reliably protects the fabric and the electronics from all weather conditions. The compact housing has a height of 158 mm and a depth of 265 mm and is available in widths from 200 to 600 cm and with a projection depth of 150 to 350 cm (note the width-dependent projection). The housing and the articulated arms are anodised white (similar to RAL9016) at the factory, other colors or intermediate sizes are available on request. There is also an integrated LED lighting on the housing. The adjustable tilt angle is 0-60° for wall mounting and 10-90° for ceiling mounting.All awning fabrics are made of high-quality 100% acrylic and are therefore particularly water-repellent, breathable and quick-drying. The robust, motorized COFRE 260 cassette awning from Motorline for wall and ceiling mounting (two of the optional brackets are required for ceiling mounting) guarantees long-term protection of the awning fabric, including the mechanism and drive, against wind and weather. This highly proven awning model is virtually identical to the EH6100 awning from Exclusiv-Home; spare parts and brackets can be used interchangeably. The flat awning housing, measuring just 145 mm high, is available in widths between 2 and 7 meters and has a projection between 150 and 350 cm (the available width-dependent projections are automatically displayed in our new awning configurator) and is anodized white, similar to RAL9010 Pure White. Other colors and even intermediate sizes can be selected or specified according to your taste and circumstances.The housing also features integrated, discreet LED lighting. The maximum adjustable tilt angle is 17°. Upon request, you can also equip your awning with an optional fixed valance up to 50 cm high. The awning fabrics from Sauleda, one of Europe's most renowned manufacturers, are made of 100% acrylic and are therefore particularly lightfast, breathable, and quick-drying. Motorline's exclusive, dual-motor cassette awning COFRE 260 VOLANTE has a special additional feature in the form of an additional (also electrically operated) extendable Vario Valance of up to one meter (operated by remote control), concealed in the awning's front panel. This not only protects against excessive sunlight from above, but also from direct sunlight, for example, in the late afternoon when the sun is low in the sky. The housing, with a width of 203 to 700 cm, and the articulated arms, with a projection of 150 to 350 cm (please note the projection depends on the width), are anodized white (RAL 9010); other colors are available upon request. Integrated LED lighting is also provided on the housing and on the inside of the front panel. The maximum adjustable tilt angle is 17°. A radio remote control for controlling the two motors for the awning, valance, and LED lighting (2-way), an emergency crank, and mounting brackets for wall mounting the awning are included. Optionally available are mounting brackets for ceiling or rafter mounting, a wind, rain, and sun sensor, and special paint finishes for the housing and folding arms. The COFRE 260 VOLANTE awning was marketed by Exclusiv-Home several years ago under the model name EH7100, so you can also get compatible spare parts or replacement fabrics from us. The 100% acrylic awning fabric is water-repellent, breathable, and quick-drying, providing ideal UV protection. The wind rating depends on the width of the awning (see table below). The COFRE 600 (and COFRE 600 VOLANTE) electric awning from Motorline is the largest cassette awning for wall and ceiling mounting in the Portuguese manufacturer's range, with a projection of up to 4 meters. The awning housing with integrated LED lighting is correspondingly robust yet compact, measuring 265 x 295 mm (H x D). The two (up to 650 cm wide) or three folding arms (651-700 cm awning width) are particularly torsion-resistant and equipped with double steel cables, thus meeting all the requirements of wind resistance classes 3 (up to 700 x 350 cm) and 2 (up to 700 x 400 cm) according to DIN 13561. Despite this robustness, the use of a weather sensor is recommended, especially for awnings with large widths and projections, to protect people and materials. This sensor reliably monitors automatic retraction in rain, snow, or strong winds, or opening in sunlight. The adjustable tilt angle of this awning model is 5 to 20 degrees. Optional mounting brackets are required for ceiling installation, please refer to the instructions in the configurator for details. The awning is largely identical to the EH6400 from Exclusiv-Home, original or compatible spare parts and replacement fabrics for the awning are still available. The electric sun awning COFRE 600 VOLANTE features a particularly interesting additional feature, in the form of an electrically powered and adjustable Vario Valance with a length of up to 100 cm. Integrated into the awning's front panel, this full cassette awning is the ideal solution for ensuring balanced shading whatever the sun's position. The waterproof aluminum cassette housing with integrated LED lighting has the same dimensions as the COFRE 600 awning at 265 x 295 mm (H x D), but with an initial width of 420 cm, an additional width is available. The wind resistance classes range from class 1 to 3, depending on the width, as shown in the table below. Also depending on the size, two to three optional ceiling brackets are required for ceiling installation. The tilt range is between 5 and 20°. Even with this robust and very solid construction, the use of a wind, rain, snow, and sun sensor is highly recommended for safe operation. The VARANDA conservatory awning is suitable not only for all glazed areas—spanning up to 500 cm in width as a single-piece module, or up to 900 cm as a two-piece module, with a shading depth between 300 and 425 cm—but can also be mounted as either a classic under-glass or over-glass awning. Furthermore, it serves as a standalone shading solution for enclosed patio areas or open-air seating spaces.The sunshade fabric is guided by lateral aluminum rails (60 x 60 mm); the brackets used to mount the rails are freely adjustable and require a support surface width of just 30 mm. Naturally, the awning is available not only in standard sizes but also in custom intermediate sizes. For custom-made units falling between two standard dimensions, the next larger width and/or depth serves as the basis for calculation.A discreet cassette reliably protects the motor and cables from the elements. Both the cassette housing and the guide rails are factory-anodized in white; other Classic RAL colors are available as an option. The electrically operated modular system made of anodized aluminum profiles and its cable system create a stylishly cascading sun sail. The sturdy frame is available ready-to-assemble in widths and depths between 2500 and 6000 mm. Our high-quality acrylic awning fabrics with a water resistance of 360 or 1000 mm/WC are used as sun protection. The delicate yet stable construction also meets all the criteria of wind resistance class 3 according to DIN EN 13561. The self-supporting modules with a width of 250 to 500 cm and a depth of 208 to 604 cm can be installed individually or in a row or mounted free-standing. Each module is driven by a powerful and reliable tubular motor, which is protected against rain, snow and dirt by a cassette housing.(The awning offered here for configuration consists of a single module; i.e., the maximum surface area is 15.5 sq m. The opening angle of the slatted roof moves steplessly in a range between 0 and 90 degrees. When closed, the roof is rainproof and watertight, precipitation can be drained off by one of the optional pillars. There is integrated LED lighting on the inside of the module frame, which measures 160 x 125 mm (H x D), which, like the slatted roof, is operated using the multi-channel remote control supplied. The electrically operated parasol UMBRA from Motorline is available in four sizes from 6.25 to 16 square meters and in ten different fabric colors from the Sauleda Screen 50 Line collection. The color design of the column - which is anchored in the ground - and the particularly robust umbrella mechanism can also be individually designed. The parasol includes two radio remote controls and integrated LED lighting. Optionally, the parasol can also be operated via a mobile phone app or on a tablet using the MCONNECT automation solution.

Original Motorline tubular motor TUB90M8MT with 75 mm shaft adapter (67 mm optionally available). Suitable for, among others, the Exclusiv-Home EH8100, EH8200, and EH8300 conservatory awnings. However, replacing the motor also requires the side cap TVAR04 with the TVAR24 motor bracket, as the motor mount on the inside of the cap has been modified during technical development. The TUB90M8MT can also be chosen instead of the awning motor TUB70MT75 to operate the EH6100 and EH7100 awning models from Exclusiv-Home, but only in connexion with the motor mount T260TP.

Original Motorline tubular motor TUB70MT with 75 mm shaft adapter, designated TUB70MT-75. Only suitable for Motorline awnings of the COFRE 136, COFRE 260, and COFRE 260 VOLANTE series with an outer shaft diameter of 78 mm, and the awnings marketed by Exclusiv-Home with the designations EH6100, EH6400, and EH7100. IMPORTANT: In older series of these Exclusiv-Home awnings, the motor variant TUB70MT-67 with the 67 mm shaft adapter MTL25 was also installed for slightly smaller shaft diameters of 70 mm. This smaller axle adapter can be ordered as an option to replace the larger standard adapter. If the awning malfunctions, it is advisable to first remove the motor and have it checked by a specialist. If the motor rotates in both directions during test operation without being connected to the awning control system, then usually only the MC65 awning control system is defective. The MC65 awning control system is the successor model to the previously installed MC6 awning control system.

Original Motorline tubular motor for valance drive TUB20EC with 35 mm shaft adapter for the awning models COFRE 260 VOLANTE and COFRE 600 VOLANTE and EH7100.In the event of a malfunction, the awning motor for driving the valance should first be removed and inspected by a specialist to determine whether the motor and/or just the motor control - for example, the control module MC7 - is defective.

The abbreviation FRA stands for an electronic control unit integrated in the engine, which is compatible with all remote controls from Motorline and which are optionally available. The tubular motor TUB50EFRA is the successor to the type TUB50R48, which was also installed in the projector ceiling lift from Braun.
