How do I pair a new remote control with a VISIVO PRO projection screen?

The PRO series motorized projection screens (format 21:9, 16:9, 4:3 and 1:1) from VISIVO were supplied with a rechargeable wireless remote control. This was replaced during technical development by a compatible remote control, which is powered by two 1.5V (AAA standard) batteries.

A new replacement remote control does not work automatically and must be programmed to the existing screen. The pairing process has changed with the introduction of the new remote control and is carried out in the following steps.

1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control and insert two AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity.
   
   
2. On the right side of the screen (when viewed from the front), there is a small black push button labeled "MANUAL / LEARN KEY".
   
   
3. Press this button until the screen responds by briefly extending and retracting the screen material.
   
   
4. Immediately afterward (within approximately 10 seconds of pressing the learn button on the projection screen), press the button on the remote control located to the left above the open battery compartment on the back of the remote control. Press and hold this button until the screen confirms successful synchronization with another brief extension and retraction.
   
   
5. After successful synchronization, the projection screen can be opened, stopped, and closed using the remote control. If the screen does not respond to the control commands, repeat steps 2 through 4.
