The FORT sliding gate operator is available in two versions: with a 24 Vdc drive for gates with a total weight of up to 400 kg, or with a brushless 36 Vdc motor for gates weighing up to 500 kg (FORT-BL). The height of the gate operator can be between 1000 and 3000 mm. In addition to an integrated flashing light, the sliding gate opener features a height-adjustable drive pinion for adjustment to the rack guide. The standard paint finish is NOIR 100 SABLÉ, all other CLASSIC RAL colors are available at no extra charge (please note longer delivery times).Power is supplied via a 110/230Vac connection, and the operating voltage is 24 or 36Vdc. The BRAVO 500 sliding gate operator is suitable for gates weighing up to 500 kg. The motor, with its grease-lubricated gearbox, operates on 110/230VAC with a power output of 280W. The opening speed is 156 mm/s. The scope of delivery includes two radio remote controls and a light barrier with two photocells. Matching rack and pinion drives are available as an option.Like most products in the Motorline portfolio, these gate operators are also compatible with the M200, M250, or MCONNECT automation solutions, allowing the gate opener to be operated via mobile phone or the internet. This enables reliable monitoring and control of gate entrances not only locally but also remotely via app or SMS.
The SLIDE 800 sliding gate operator opens and closes sliding gates with a maximum total weight of 800 kg. The motor, with its grease-lubricated gearbox, operates on 110/230VAC with a power output of 370W and a torque of 550N. The operating speed is 186 mm/s.The complete solution includes two FALK remote controls, the MC50 control unit, and the MF30 photocell. Matching rack and pinion drives are available as an option. The GALO electric gate operator is designed for sliding gates with a total weight of 600 kg, 1200 kg, and 2200 kg. It features a torque between 450 N and 1400 N and a brushless, low-maintenance 36 Vdc motor with a power output of 260 to 430 W. The power supply is 110-230 Vac, and the durable motor moves the gate at a speed of 120 to a maximum of 450 mm/sec (GALO600 Speed).The delivery includes two remote controls (any number of additional ones can be programmed), as well as an MF30 light barrier, the MC50 electronic control unit, and mounting hardware. In addition to the classic radio-based remote controls (433.92 MHz), there are a variety of control and monitoring solutions available via WiFi or the mobile network (4G LTE).
The STARK series of sliding gate operators, with model variants STARK4, STARK6, and STARK8, was specifically developed for heavy industrial gates weighing between 4 and 8 tons. The entry-level model is designed for gates weighing up to 4,000 kg, while the most powerful variant can handle up to 8,000 kg. The standard power supply and operating voltage is 400 VAC; a 230 VAC version is available at an additional cost. The reliable motors are characterized by their high torque.
