35 mm tubular motor for all VISIVO screens of the PRO and CONTRAST series with tubular motor drive. Early years of construction of the VISIVO PRO series were driven by synchronous motors, which are no longer available.

Before an exchange, the function of the motor should first be checked by a specialist without the control electronics. In most cases, the malfunction of the screen is not due to the motor, but to the control electronics.

Wie verbindet man eine neue Fernbedienung mit der Leinwand?

Reply:

Die Vorgehensweise ist nur gültig für VISIVO Leinwände der Serie PRO und CONTRAST ab dem Baujahr 2015 mit einer kompatiblen Fernbedienung.

1. Auf der rechten Seitenkappe der Leinwand befindet sich ein kleiner schwarzer Druckknopf mit der Bezeichnung "MANUAL / LEARN KEY".

2. Drücken Sie diesen Knopf so lange, bis die Leinwand reagiert, in dem das Tuch kurz aus- und wieder einfährt.

3. Unmittelbar danach drücken Sie auf der Fernsteuerung die obere Taste (Schließtaste) ebenfalls so lange, bis die Leinwand die erfolgreiche Synchronierung wieder durch ein kurzes Ein- und Ausfahren bestätigt.

Wie wird der 12V Funktrigger mit der Leinwand synchronisiert?

Reply:

Die Vorgehensweise bezieht sich nur auf den Leinwandtrigger PRO in Verbindung mit VISIVO Leinwänden der Serie PRO der Baujahre ab 2015.

1. Auf der rechten Seitenkappe der Leinwand befindet sich ein kleiner schwarzer Druckknopf mit der Bezeichnung "MANUAL / LEARN KEY".

2. Auf der Rückseite des Triggers befindet sich mittig ein kleine Öffnung mit einem Druckschalter im Inneren.

3. Drücken Sie den Manual / Learn Key an der Leinwand so lange, bis das Tuch kurz aus- und wieder einfährt.

4. Unmittelbar danach betätigen Sie mit einem schmalen Gegenstand (z.B. der Spitze einer Büroklammer) den beschriebene Druckknopf des Triggers ebenfalls so lange, bis die Leinwand die erfolgreiche Synchronierung wieder durch ein kurzes Ein- und Ausfahren bestätigt. Der Trigger muß dabei nicht im 12V DC Ausgang des Beamers stecken.
